Return and Exchange Policy

At Paalchi Jaipur, each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch.

As our products are jewellery items, we do not offer returns.

Damaged Product Exchange Policy

We only provide an exchange in case the product is received damaged.

Conditions for exchange:

• If you receive a damaged product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Please share a clear unboxing video along with photos of the damaged product as proof.

• The video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish.

• Requests without an unboxing video or reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.​

Exchange Process

• Once the damage is verified, we will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice.

• The item must be unused and in original condition, except for the reported damage.

• After inspection, a replacement of the same product will be processed.​

Important Notes

• We do not offer refunds.

• We do not provide exchanges for size, design preference, or change of mind.

• Paalchi Jaipur reserves the right to decline the exchange if the above conditions are not met.​
